Occupancy and pricing

The displayed prices apply to standard occupancy:

• Studio: up to 2 adults and 1 child

• Apartment: up to 2 adults and 2 children

Any additional guests are subject to a supplement and are automatically calculated during the booking process. Any applicable discounts (up to 10%) are applied automatically.

• Additional adult: +10 € per night

• Additional child: +5 € per night

Minimum occupancy:

• Studio: 1 guest

• Apartment: 2 guests

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00

• Check-out: until 10:00

Optional extras

• Kayak: 100 € per week

• SUP board: 75 € per week

What’s included

Visitor’s tax, VAT, Wi-Fi, electricity, air conditioning/heating, bed linen and towels are included in the price.

No hidden fees – all mandatory charges are clearly shown during the booking process.

House rules

• Pets are not allowed

• Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited

• For safety and comfort reasons, the accommodation is suitable for children aged 3 years and above

• Extra child beds are not available

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. We kindly ask all guests to respect other residents and the neighborhood.

Use of recreational equipment

The use of kayaks and SUP boards is at guests’ own responsibility and subject to weather and sea conditions.

Payment and reservation confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 10% prepayment, payable by direct SEPA bank transfer or credit card.

For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, the prepayment is non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your stay, subject to availability.
